Adequate work speed but communication wasn't always clear. Arrived later than desired but sooner than the 2 hour delay that was called in the day of, a wrench in the schedule as completion was the beginning of a 4 hour drive. Upon unpacking, it was discovered that our furniture hadn't been protected with the provided blankets which caused chipping, gouging, and scratches on the majority of my furniture - including my great-grandmother's Chippendale bedroom set.
