The Moving Help was scheduled for 6PM in the evening. We were delayed 20 minutes because of interstate traffic, but I texted the service to let them know that we wouldn’t keep the helpers past 2 hours from the scheduled start time. No response from the scheduler. No one was at the house when we arrived. I called and texted Champs several times, but no response. So, I proceeded to unload the moving truck with my wife & daughter. After several more attempts, I finally received a response. At this point the truck was half unloaded. The moving helpers showed up 3 hours late and only worked for 45 minutes. I tried to file a dispute with U-Haul but was told that Champs is a contractor and the payment was already processed. When I called Champs Muscle Movers directly to discuss the situation and ask for a partial reimbursement, the owner told me that he ‘didn’t have time for this’ and hung up on me, and ignored my text messages after that. I recommend NOT using them. Horrible experience!

Beyond great guys showed up and finished within time, was a little late due to employees not showing up but got new guys to go but communicated it and let us know every step of the way. Will definitely be using them again in the future to finish the move. Can't think them enough for helping my Gma when I couldn't, she said they were very professional and very respectful and I better leave this 5 star review for them. Give your guys My thanks

Got me in last minute after another moving company cancelled on me, and went out their way to load as much as possible with the space they had, literally using almost every inch. It was impressive how much stuff actually fit.
