Truly professional. They had equipment to protect the door frames and floors as they unloaded. They had additional dollies to handle the very heavy furniture. They were friendly and worked hard. I highly recommend them.

Hired Elite Relo to load a POD for a cross country move. They arrived 45 minutes after the hour arrival window ended. When the POD got to my new residence, it looked like Elite Relo has loaded it without considering whether my belongings would be damaged along the way. I am still assessing how many of my belongings were damaged.

They were about 6 hours late due to car troubles and there was some difficulty contacting them during that time. We would have preferred more communication while we waited. When they did arrive, they moved everything very quickly and efficiently and we were finished in only 1.5 hours! Very impressed once they got here.

I have used Uhaul a dozen times or more. Some trips were a few miles and others were across country. I have used moving help of about half of the moves. The company was great. They arrived on time, and walked through the house with me to see the items we were moving. They then got busy wrapping all the furniture in moving pads and moving out to the pods. They were polite, respectful of our furniture and great with our dogs. I would hire them again!
