Hi there. This was unfortunately not a great experience. Meet up time was set for 9 30 AM by text. I was text 8 35 AM the day of by the guys letting me know they were at the house. I was out picking the up the moving truck so they had to wait. When I got back to the house they offered to position the truck. Great. I told them I bought plastic wrap and 4 dozen blankets to cover and wrap everything. I was told by the younger guy they had plastic wrap as well. I then went inside the house while everything was loaded to the truck from the garage. The guys did not knock on the door to ask any questions so I figured they had things handled. The next day I’m watching a new set of guys unload the truck with some things covered and others not. A bike lying on my bench damaged the wood. Nothing was wrapped in plastic. Blankets were draped. Dining table legs were wrapped except one and that one is gouged and the stain sanded off from rubbing. No joke all my furniture was in some way was damaged.

James & Steven did an excellent job. They arrived early and made swift work of moving my belongings from one apartment to another unit in the same complex. They even were able to lift my couch over the patio fence as it would not fit through the front door!! I was so stressed about having to move the couch, but they did it no problem. Very strong and capable men. I would recommend them.

The two gentlemen who helped me today were the most professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to handle every instruction and made the entire process smooth as can be. I am very glad that I was able to have them assist me in my move and hope that they would be available if I ever needed their services again.
