The experience with the actual move was good. They did the job they came to do, which was unload a truck and finished it one whole hour earlier. With an hour remaining in their contracted time, they refused to help with placing things around the house, and explained that for a tip, they would be willing to do it. Very rude, very feral, no respect. They were asking about tip before they even arrived. I understand tipping culture, but the way they went about it was so unprofessional. I would not recommend.
