The movers were very friendly and went right to work once they got here. Somehow they went to the U-Haul store instead of where I live, but they did get here only about 45 minutes later than I expected. Everything got done very timely. However, I think they tried to carry too much at one time because several of My plastic totes that I paid pretty good money for with latching waterproof resistant lids were broken when I unloaded the truck later. They also stacked things very high and items shifted during the drive. I wish they would’ve asked me if I had anything to tie the totes up with, because I did, I just didn’t think about it. Everything was successful, except when I saw them dropping the totes and I had some pretty expensive fabric in them. I know that sounds petty but the fabric I have much of it sells for $15 a yard and I have hundreds of yards. I would just suggest that you ask them to be more careful with other people‘s property. I have already tipped them through Paypal.
