They were polite and arrived on time. They understood my concerns and fit the couch in well. I rated a little lower because the pod was filled, but it was only half full with plenty of space for our boxes... I spent the next 12 hours filling it myself since I'm not an expert but I got the job done. They left after 1 and a half hour on a 2 hour minimum job so whatever. I found many washers on the carpet remaining which disappointed me since I gave them part bags so I could reassemble it on my way back. Overall I think they were ok since they managed to get the heavy items with no damage but I would've appreciated help packing for the full amount of time and some attention to detail with respect to the bed frame hardware.

David is the total professional. He was on time, ready to work, courteous, polite, humble, and strong. Knew how to unload a truck and stage it, and then pack it all strategically in a storage unit with room to spare. Quickly got his business done and then moved on. Can’t ask for better help. I got us card because I will be calling on him again for another move later this year. Don’t hesitate to book with this company!
