Overall a really good experience. Professional, helpful, everything went very well with our move. The movers did arrive an hour later than hour schedule start time, but overall would recommend using these guys.

Shane communicated before the move, tge day of the move, and after very well. I really appreciated that. During the move, there were problems. It took 40 minutes to an house to try to get my couch out the sliding door. I had to move it out with my significant other which took less than 5 minutes. They took smokes breaks and was going slow. They broke my light switch, broke the handle on the freezer door, and damaged the wall and the stairwell post. The owner did come back to fix the light switch. No response on fixing the freezer door, wall, or stairwell post.

Shane and team were very helpful with this last minute move and I appreciated that they were available on a Sunday evening. They moved everything we needed moved in the two hour time frame. This is our second move with them and we will definitely use them if we have anything to move in the future.
