Mr. Ferris needs to improve his communication skills and response timeliness with his clients. It was a bit like pulling teeth to get him to call or text, and to confirm the move time. Once he and his helper Chris arrived on site, the were very communicative and responsive. The bottom line with any service provider is would you hire him again. I definitely will hire these guys if need help again. I must say that I had emptied most of the items from our UBoxes - and I really needed some help for the larger pieces. The minimum quoted rate was a bit high for this location and to move the amount of things we asked them to help with. I don’t feel a need to tip when the minimum payment was already high and more than fair.

I would absolutely be happy to hire Ferris Moving if I ever need to move again. Our moving day wound up being one of the hottest days of the year but these guys were still able to complete our move on time. They were friendly, professional and everything arrived at our new house undamaged.
