Several items were broken during the loading, walls were scratched & the wood from a door frame was chipped off in multiple places. This was one of the worse moves I've ever encountered by far. I was awake from 830AM until 6AM, (for almost 24 hrs) trying to get all of our things to our new place because the guys couldn't finish the job & the job was delayed due to a few factors. Uhaul did not have the ability to extend my reservation so I had to attempt to bring everything with in the time I had the truck. I believe Shane has a furniture dolly that needs to be returned to Uhaul as well. He put it in his trunk yesterday. Shane seems like a cool guy, but that doesn't trump professionalism. I know a couple of things happened outside of his control like being over booked & his crew member leaving early. Maybe send someone out to check the jobs before taking it. I would've hired the guys longer. I would not recommend this company to move anyone. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Our crew was amazing! They were super polite, professional, and finished way faster than we ever would have been able to. They handled everything with care and even checked with us about placing certain boxes to ensure we were happy, such as asking if we were okay with blocking the balcony door or rearranging boxes to make sure they might not topple. They were also very courteous about our cat who we blocked off out of their way, even though she was giving them such a stink eye! Super happy with their service, if or when we move out, I absolutely will be coming back to French and Son Moving.

I wouldn’t use any other movers! They were incredible! It was a tough load into the truck because I live in a basement apartment with lots of stairs etc. they loaded a 20’ truck in one hour! They were so nice, and great to work with! I really appreciate all they did!

The entire team was great, Danny especially. Danny was on time and started working right away, although his coworker was about an hour late (no complaint-traffic issue). I've never seen a single person work so hard at loading and unloading. Once Luke arrived, he jumped right it & they knocked it all out. The company compensated the for the hour lost with extending their time, which was great customer service. This was a big moving job for two people & these guys were truly amazing. Absolute rehire when needed. Tip given in cash.
