Although they did a great job moving and seemed professional during the process, due to misunderstandings about the booked job loadunload and the estimated hours for the job to be done, I did not have great experience at the end of the job. They loaded and I had 30 mins left of time and I booked to unload as well. They told me it would cost an extra $80 and they only got the job location for loading. I communicated that I still had time left and did not get all my services and I did not have an additional $80 at the time but was willing to pay $100 once funds were secured. Apparently they did not hear me. At the end of the service I restated it and was called a B stupid m f and also told that they hope my cheap a furniture falls apart. I had already paid $161 way before and he kept saying he worked for free. Now it seems to be a U-Haul error as far as the location and payment but this was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I will not recommend anymore to anyone due to this.
