From the beginning the communication was great! I even had an unexpected situation come up with my unit I was moving in and I was able to get my move rescheduled to the next day with no issues. The crew arrived promptly as the arrival time was communicated to me. They were friendly and asked questions about what and where I wanted items stored once unloaded.
