Very kind respectful and understanding. They helped my senior dad during his move and was very much a proper gentleman and very helpful and patient. I would use them again and again whenever I a move coming up. Five stars all around because like I said my dad a senior and my dad was very satisfied with everything and my senior aunt helping him also was very pleased with kindness and respect given thru the whole transition.

The owner told me all my things would fit in the 4 containers I had; they didn’t and I needed a 5th. Owner then told me he was sure the rest would fit in the fifth. I was left scrambling to find someone to buy a dining table and 4 chairs, a small fridge, a microwave and a magazine rack. From that I only needed the 4 dining chairs and the magazine rack. I was told there was absolutely no room left. I sold all of those things for $30 total. The chairs cost me $400. I arrived at my destination, opened the containers, found there were bundles of blankets (that should have been returned to Uhaul) stuffed in open places that could have held a couple of the chairs. The magazine rack and the microwave could have fit in small places that were left open. When some of the items in front of one of the containers were moved, there was open space that could have held a couple chairs. I tried to work this out with owner but he refuses to reimburse anything. Don’t use this company; they suck!

My helper did everything he said he was going to do, and he did it at the last minute when the other person I had booked failed to show up or answer his phone. My UBox was not ready at the facility when he went to pick it up yet he stayed there all day and waited for it. He continued to keep in contact with me throughout the day and was courteous and This helper was by far best experience with anything I have had for a long time, with any company. With standards slipping everywhere, he proved that there are still good, respectable, hardworking people out there. Thank you so much.

Chris Anderson of Anderson and Sons Moving and More was FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommended. He was prompt to respond to my texts and calls, he was professional, cared about his service and was extremely helpful.
