My movers did not even show up the the job. I paid for two hours work, he was rude and said it was too much for them to do so I asked if I could pay hourly after the the two hours ran out. He told me no he has other work too do. I told him I wasn't familiar with the booking procedure and asked if they could just come help load up anything they could for the two hours. He just ignored me. It was me, by myself with my 14 year old son and it was raining. I was so stressed already from the move I couldn't believe this was happening. You trust a company because they are linked to a brand like u haul but they aren't. U haul doesn't help at all if they take your money. The cheapest isn't what's better in this case. Past for professionalism. This company isn't the one you should choose. They have ignored me at every turn to get my money back. Which to me, is the same thing as theft. I don't see a dollar of it. He doesn't have to respond apparently. I am out the money and extremely frustrated.

They were extremely helpful and unloaded our whole Uhaul so quickly. I was super happy with the service.

Very very frightening and disappointing experience. The helper threatened me to damage my stuff if I didn't give him the code. He acted like a goon and yelled at me to shut up. I had hired them for two hours for unloading stuff at my new residence. They were very careless with the unloading. Some of doors are chipped off, some fragile things were mishandled, the mattress is out of shape and dirty because it was dragged instead of lifted. When I told him to handle fragile things carefully he yelled at me and said that he is only responsible for unloading. He said I was coming in his way and asked me to give him the payment code. Then he threatened me and said if I don't give him him the payment code he is going to damage my stuff and leave. I was scared since they were two and I was one and didn't want to escalate since they acted like goons. Be careful of these people. I should have called the police but now I am spreading the word.

Horrible owner indeed and poor work. I was insulted by the owner because I commented on how poor the work was. I was treated like less than a piece of dirt because of that. I always wear a mask and this company should also wear a mask due to COVID and if they do NOT like animals. I was called a HOARDER because I rescue abused, abandoned and neglected cats and dogs! A hoarder! That is the wrong use of the verbiage and does not apply to someone like myself. I have a huge heart and spend all of my hard earned money as a college professor on these creatures.. I still gave a $20 tip even though the company was over TWO hours late and rushed through the job. I have never had such a negative experience. I will not forget how the owner treated me. I had to REDO most of the work.

Communication was awful and if I would not have kept pestering him I am not confident they would have shown up. Multiple damage done to floors, walls, and furniture and no apologies or acknowledgement. Definition of the job itself was unclear and led to contentious end of job.
