Initially I thought they were nice, but slow, and that the truck was too small for everything. When they were done, 2 hours late, the truck door wouldn't open or shut all the way. I poked around and realized they had stored a couch upright, blocking the door, and had also left tons of empty space. I reloaded half the truck by myself and discovered broken furniture, dangerous placement, and fragile items wedged in where they would obviously break. Worse, it was easy to find a better placement for everything. The couch didn't need to be upright, there was plenty of space left over, and everything wedged in (which is how some of it broke) could have easily been spaced out. I'm ashamed to admit I gave them a tip before looking at what they did.
