OTR Logistics were just fantastic! I had to alter my move in date at the last minute and Dave was very flexible and accommodating around this. The service provided was awesome - communication, well organized, coordinated, friendly and got all my furniture and items up to the 13th floor within 45 minutes! Also noting that my personal belongings were handled with care, which is very important. These guys are professional and I will be using their services again for future moves. Highly recommend!

Mover damaged items. Only ended up getting one mover instead of two and the person who came was not able to do the work. Asked them to leave after an hour. Customer service over the phone was good but overall very disappointing service. Made the day more stressful.
