Pros. Great communication, competitive pricing, arrived on time, and completed the job early. Cons. Miscommunication about what needed to be loaded resulted in a second truck trip. Several furniture pieces sustained nicks and scratches, and a bed frame support was broken. Both mattresses also had stains from transport due to improperly used mattress covers. Although furniture was padded once loaded into the truck, it was not adequately protected during loading and unloading, despite packing materials being available. Would I use them again? Potentially, but I would require all furniture to be properly wrapped and protected before any movement, not just once loaded into the truck. I would also recommend scheduling a longer move window to allow ample time, as I booked the minimum time available. Despite these concerns, the competitive pricing may still make this service a good fit for many customers.

Michael, Jeremiah, and Jovan were absolutely amazing! They were allotted four hours to load my moving truck and managed to get everything done in only three. Even better, they packed the truck perfectly and somehow made everything fit! They were professional, efficient, hardworking, and super friendly throughout the entire process. Moving is stressful enough, and having such a great crew made this part of the day so much easier. I truly appreciate how carefully and efficiently they handled everything. I would absolutely recommend Michael, Jeremiah, and Jovan to anyone needing moving help. Great job, guys, and thank you again!
