I was expecting a phone call from this company to discuss the meet time at the storage unit. I never received one. I called them Friday morning. Agreed meet time was 11am. My husband and son in law arrived about 1045. At around 1115 my husband called to find out where the unloaders were. Was told 20 mins away. 1st person arrived at 1145, by this time husband and son in law had half of uhaul unloaded. The 2 unloaders started about noon. The job was completed in less than 1.5 hours. We will need to hire helpers again in less than a month. I will not be using them. I sure wish I could get a partial refund, especially for the 1st hour.

From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the final unpacking, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team arrived on time and was incredibly professional. They handled all of my belongings with care, ensuring that everything was packed securely for transport. They worked efficiently, yet took the time to make sure that nothing was damaged. It was clear that they were trained and experienced in handling all types of items, from fragile glassware to bulky furniture. What I appreciated most was their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. They were happy to answer all of my questions and even helped me arrange my furniture in the new place exactly how I wanted it. Their positive energy made the whole moving experience much more enjoyable!

This is the second time we have used Affordable Moving Company LLC..They did an amazeing job and got everything packed in our truck again except for just a few items as our time ran out..If we are ever in ky again def useing them again..Don't hesitate to hire then they get it done and packed so tight all your stuff will fit!!!

They were great..Got so much more in the truck then we could have on our own..Pretty much followed what they said cause they def know how to pack the truck..Am going to hire again in about 2 weeks... The movers were an hour and a half late due to weather circumstances beyond their control. However, they made up for the delay with hard, focused, professional work and got the job done in an hour less than we anticipated. My daughter and her significant other were quite pleased with the service. Rather than have the movers refund us for the extra hour, we requested that their manager use the extra hour $ and use that as a tip. He agreed.
