Alex and his associate were incredibly professional and extremely efficient in moving my household goods. They communicated with me both prior to my move and on the day of my move. They were very punctual and in fact had to wait on me during to total confusion on the part of U-Haul truck rental. I would definitely use Done Right Moving for any future moves.

The helpers were relatively inefficient for the first half of the time. They were on their phones. I also specifically asked for assistance with the larger items and they avoided those until the end. We went over on time by about 20 minutes, so I tipped the movers in cash. They then went down to their car. About 5 minutes later one of them came back up, smelled very strongly of marijuana, and told me since we went over they then needed additional payment for the 20 minutes we went over. There were also multiple damages to the larger furniture items they did move.
