This was hands-down the BEST experience I have ever had with a moving partner. When challenges arose in the moving process (through no fault of this moving partner, btw), they were incredibly kind and gracious with their time -- staying onsite until the issue was resolved. In fact, their customer service impressed me so much that when I had to reschedule my move, I immediately requested to book with them again. They were able to deliver my UBox with no problems, and the unload and move-in process was quick and efficient; I think it only took 30-45min in total. Not only are they great at their jobs, but they are EXCELLENT communicators -- during a time that ended up more stressful than I had anticipated (again, through no fault of VQ Moving), they were perhaps the one aspect of the process in which I had total confidence. If you are considering booking them -- please do!

Loaded everything inside ubox quickly with great organizing skills. Took less than half an hour to finish loading. Fit everything nicely and sturdily. Love the job.
