My actual movers Alex and Ermilio were great! They were efficient and thoughtful in how they packed the truck. The communication with the company prior to the move was minimal, but the day of communication was good.

This one bedroom apartment move was complicated by elevator requirements and long hallways before reaching destination. The young men worked diligently to complete the move even during periods of heavy rain. The support was greatly appreciated. And hats off to U-haul for offering the service!
