Frank & Matt were on time at the loading address and was very helpful and professional about packing the truck a certain way so my glass items didn't get broken, they were very quick removing stuff from apartment and was done loading in 1 hour 40 mins then the same at the unload location. Vey polite and knowledgeable on how to protect certain antique furniture I had Great experience and would use them again if I ever move in the future.

They were so fast! What I was expecting to be a 3 hour job ended up taking just 2, and I believe that this was in no small part thanks to how speedily they worked. My one qualm was that they didn't have equipment to carry a mattress. This may have partially been my bad as I'm not sure that the uhaul site saved the comment that I made about how heavy my mattress is (125 lb). But it did unfortunately lead to the movers simply dragging it along the ground at one point. At another, they left it sitting on one small box, hanging down on all sides, which is terrible for the foam. I'd have preferred that the job take a bit longer and we somehow find an alternative, especially since I had paid for another hour and we had multiple dollies to work with. Instead, that part did unfortunately feel TOO fast to the point of being rushed. That said, I would hire them again, 100 percent. Next time I'll just make sure to have any potential moving tools available that they may need.
