Had a nice painted storage cabinet. They put it on its side and pushed it around. Scratched it up pretty good. Owner said sorry and he would coach his guys. Disappointed

2 new loaders and they were the worse. The one gentleman kept smoking even though I asked him not to. The other guy kept dropping things. I had to correct them on how to pack the truck and their response was (well it would take more time to rearrange it). Needless to say, they packed the truck so badly that they had to use the front seat for storage. This was a 20 ft truck. Be careful when booking them. I’ll use them for junk haul away then proper movers.

You get what you pay for. Your items will get broken and even when you communicate with them of the broken items, you will not receive compensation.

I booked 2 helpers for 3hrs. They arrived late but started immediately. It was mainly one guy doing the heavy lifting. So help speed up time, we started helping them unload the truck. They did cause damage to our home in a couple areas. They acknowledged the damage, took photos and said they would talk to their God brother. I assumed someone would reach out to rectify the issue after the movers comment. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from anyone. I even emailed about the damage with photos attached. It's been almost a week and still no response. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company. We paid $180. Going to cost us more due to the damage they caused. Guess you get what you pay for.

I was a hour late meeting them, but they were ready to get to work when I got there. And they had the work done in less than an hour and everything was packed into my U-Haul properly to prevent damages. They both were very polite and positive & the manager on the phone was also very nice and understanding about my having to be late. He was good with communications and overall it was a very positive experience and I would definitely use them again next time I need help. Thank you guys for your help. I gave both helpers a nice trip for the job.
