Overall, we had such a pleasant experience with Jason and his partner! They were super communicative and flexible when we had to last minute change things around. They took under two hours to unload the u-haul box and were very organized with everything. The couch was the largest item and was definitely a bit of a struggle to get up 5 flights of stairs and there are some marks and holes in the wall in the building now from the couch hitting up against it. I am not sure if this is something that Moving Help can help cover when we get the bill from our landlord on the damages since they are a bit significant.

Great communication leading up and on moving day. They did a great job loading and unloading the move. Was surprised by how quick they were to get all the stuff out and in position. Especially with two people. Would recommend for anyone moving.

My order for for a 2 man crew and only Jason showed. But he worked his tail off for 4 man hours. He was great but we needed to help with the larger stuff - which is why I ordered a two person crew. But Jason got the job done and I appreciated his professionalism and hustle.
