They forgot to pack essential items that went with my furniture, did not pack effectively, left many items behind and then said that 'we did our best, it's not our problem'. Then suggested that I 'just sell the items' that didn't fit. No help or resolution.. they packed fast but did not maximize the space of the U-Haul box. The brother was argumentative when I said 'what am I supposed to do'. In addition, it was so difficult to get a hold of them. They are young and lacked professionalism. U haul actually will not use them anymore.

I couldn't thank enough Dominic and Vinson for their outstanding job! They are very friendly and super motivated. They perfectly loaded a 15-foot truck, made sure everything was tight secure, and after a 1,000 mile trip from WA to UT, nothing moved an inch and everything was still intact. The way they loaded the truck was like a masterpiece of art. I was very impressed at their speed and professionalism. Strongly recommend. Kudos to Dominic and Vinson! Thank you!

I would not hire Let's Move again. Many of my furniture items that contained draws such as dressers were not secured with film wrap. One drawer was damaged as it fell out. A cabinet from the craft room was also damaged. Vincent's colleague was constantly texting on his phone. The guys who unloaded had a more difficult time unloading as they had to secure items before moving them into our two story townhouse. We moved twice, once to remove many items in order to leave our house staged for viewing by perspective buyers and then the final move after the sale. Our first team was not available this time. Ro bad, we could have used their professionalism and skill.

Did a great job of fitting all my stuff into the boxes and did a careful packing job with lots of padding and wrapping. It was an all-day job, but they stuck with it until done.
