The truck was not utilized properly if it was packed properly it would have took only half to two thirds the space. Nothing was secured with the ropes and straps I provided. I had to keep reminding them to use blankets on some items. Also, with no more than I had it should not have taken 4 hrs to load.

So this company moved my daughter last year and was amazing . This year not such a great experience. The movers were nice but were 22 mins late (they called about 10 mins before scheduled) the spent almost an entire trying to move a couch out and broke the couch & broke the screen door. It was very frustrating and even though my receipt and reservation clearly said load and unload they wanted to leave after loading the uhaul stating they had another job. As if my daughter and I could move three rooms of furniture out of a trailer into a second level storage alone. When I called the owner to ask how to claim regarding the brokers custom couch he told me to contact uhaul. Overall not a good experience and won’t use again as a result of all the issues

The 2 guys that unloaded our truck, Dennis and Rakka(sp?) were amazing! They worked really hard and in 2 hours accomplished everything we needed. They were very professional, friendly and polite. Definitely will hire them again in the future if needed. Thank you very much!
