We had a great experience using JKE Moving. As part of our late January move from Boston to Santa Barbara, we ordered a UBox and hired JKE to bring it to our apartment in Back Bay and load it up. Their communication was superb before and during the move, they were really fast and they kept working even though the worst snowstorm to hit Boston in 5 years started during the move - dumping at least an inch of snow before they were finished loading. They even had to deal with a nasty neighbor who was complaining about a door being left open. Also, we drastically underestimated how much stuff we had that needed to be moved and after packing as much as possible into the first UBox, JKE had to go back to UHaul and get a 2nd UBox, bring it back and load it for us. They made the extra round trip without complaint. Fortunately, the UHaul location was only 15 minutes away and there was little traffic due to the snow (and it being a Sunday morning). Overall, they did a great job!
