I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your company. During the move, your team did not tell me how much they could do for my boxes and packages. Once the time was near, they wanted me to provide them with the code for payment. And my heavy boxes were not loaded – these are difficult for me. They talked about irrelevant things during the moving process, while I was worried how to handle the heavy boxes and hoped that they could help. I admit that because I had no experience, and maybe it needed longer hours, but they did not tell me at the beginning. Once the time was close, they got the money and left. I told them that I would like to add money and provide them with tips, and I got no help.
