I would VERY HIGHLY recommend using this company! They did an absolutely exceptional job with the unloading of my cargo van, and then very carefully moving everything up one flight of stairs! I was particularly impressed with the detailed professionalism in working with this company. When I made the booking, Jay immediately double-checked the address, contact info and content info to make absolutely sure there were no mistakes. And then during the move Jay was excellent in terms of carefully putting things in the right rooms. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys! What a pleasure to work with them!

Louisville Moving and Storage had high ratings on U-Haul, so we booked them to load one of our trucks to move out of state. Their communication was good, they arrived on time, and the movers were friendly and worked hard. Our only complaint, however, is a major one because it involves the most important part of moving - getting our things safely from one place to another. Unfortunately, in that regard they did poorly. Many of our wooden furniture pieces were either badly scratched because they were not covered by furniture pads (which we had available), or broken completely because other pieces placed too much stress on them. All in all, we had a media cabinet completely broken, our kitchen table with a giant gash down the middle, two dressers with drawers coming apart, and multiple assorted pieces with the edges and corners scratched down to bare wood. The Movinghelp insurance is useless because you need pictures of LITERALLY EVERY MOMENT OF THE MOVE. Cannot recommend.

They were very communicative throughout the process. They got a 15' trailer unloaded within 40 minutes and were even will ing to travel to a local storage unit to remove the last few items. Overall, great customer service!
