Manager who booked via text communicated well, had someone there when he said he would, but is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for movers. I booked two hours for a very simple job that could have been done properly in 20 minutes, but the guy rushed through it in about half that, made a mess, argued with me over how the job should be done, and generally did not seem to care about customer experience or wishes.
