This was the worst experience with moving help I have ever had. The one guy dragged my king mattress on the ground. When I asked him not to he dropped on the floor and refused to move it on or off the truck. I called the office and they said they would refund my money for the service I did not receive and pay for the granite table the guy broke and the dress he scratched up. It has been over two weeks and the owner refused to provide insurance company information so I could file a claim and has not yet refunded my money for service not rendered since the one guy refused to move the king bed. I picked them because the had 5 stars and were local. Absolutely a mistake. The guy also threw some of the boxes around and broke some of the dishes. I have moved over 20 times in the past 20 years and this was the worst experience.

Steve is fantastic! He text me the morning of my move to confirm my time, arrived exactly on time, began immediately, brought his own moving equipment, worked hard, was careful with our things, loaded the truck efficiently and overall was respectful and professional! Hired Autentica last minute they were finishing another move and drove almost 2 hours to help me load boxes in my 26 ‘ uhaul in the evening. Great team work and they did not take a break completing everything I needed help with.
