Ryan was pleasant while coordinating the move & very communicative. Unfortunately, his help was not help. I would not recommend if you are on a time line. Furniture was properly staged and the loading of a 2 bed room apartment with NO bedroom sets took over 3.5 hours. We were originally booked for 10 am and was asked to push the time up to 9 by Ryan. This resulted in us having to pick the truck up early. Only for the members to come at the originally scheduled time because they were late. We were constantly badgered after nicely pointing out that something was broken which slowed the work even more because there was more concern for liability and getting a bad review. All in all, the boys were young inexperienced, and argumentative. They did not follow directions after being told to placed the marked boxes in the appropriate move. They carried 1 or 2 boxes at a time to slow the clock down. We ended up asking them to leave and completed the unloading portion of the move on our own.

I have moved around the DMV for 10 years now and this move was the worst experience of my life. I initially asked Ryan to arrive between 9-10a. I texted the morning of around 815a to ask that he come closer to 10a since I was having issues with the U-Haul. I didn’t receive a text back until 930a from Ryan (owner) that his phone was dead and he had just woken up. WHAT?! Ryan ended up showing up an hour late and his assistant over an hour late. The guys were incredibly slow. Every other moving service I used has been able to move all things out and into the new place within two hours. They took four. At the end of the move, Ryan harassed me for a five star review, made incredibly rude and unprofessional comments in this situation, and I would never recommend this service.

Not a great experience. Nice guys who mean will but the truck was not packed smartly. 100 percent of the stuff in my apartment fit when I used the same size truck to move into that apartment with movers the same price booked through U-Haul. 20 percent did not fit this time. Including a lot of big items that really should’ve been packed earlier on like a dining table and chairs, living room chair, large floor mirror, etc. these items can’t even fit in a large suv so I have to rent a van to finish this job. I wish boxes had been left back instead of large furniture.
