The movers showed up on time and got right to work. They were patient when we needed to catch the cat to put in her carrier. They made sure to tie down the items in the 'mother's attic' portion of the truck and fit everything in the truck like a puzzle.

In 2hrs I should have at least had my bed and the glass table moved when I was contacted about did the workers need tools I said yes and I still had to leave get them just for me to end up taking my own bed down and had to move a heavy glass I made it easy and even moved stuff off the truck because I was constantly reminded of my 30 min mark and I feel they could of had everything done within 2hrs instead of lil over half of the job completed they were respectful and did work hard but for me to have to finish the main things I wanted movers for just is unacceptable

The two movers I had were very hardworking young men. With that said, they clearly have little to no training. It took them 4 hours to load a 26 foot truck. They brought everything outside and placed it around the truck instead of in it. I assumed they had a plan to fit everything in the truck. They did not. There was so much left over that we had to waste time bringing items back into the old home. Thanks fully, the two were able to work two extra hours to help me unload. But I had to pay for it. I had to get another uhaul and two more movers the next day. Again, they worked hard but not efficient
