I originally made reservations for a truck and 2 helpers for 4 hours. After contacting the moving help, he told me I should cancel the truck since they have their own and did not know he meant to cancel it all through the uhual site. He then calls me and asks me to change the date of moving so that he could go watch his son play football on Saturday the 19th. We were able to move it to Friday. The morning of he tells me he's going to have 4 guys there because he wanted to get it done faster. Not one time did he give me a price or tell me that his truck was going to be extra or the extra guys were going to cost extra. I was going into it thinking the $595.95 through this site would be all I would pay. After they were done with the move he then says that we owe him more money along with the $595.95. I was shocked and wasn't expecting it to be $1000.00+. I would not use these guys or refer them to anyone I know. It was very disappointing and a poor way to handle business.
