Recieved call 2 says prior confirming I was still on schedule. Day of service, I recieved a call that they were running about 1 late, I was ok with that..they showed up 2 hours late, with 2 guys. one guy said he was working all day and was tired, the other guy was reported just arriving an got off the plane...he was useless... I had a hired driver for my uhaul after a q0 hour drive to get to my desitination...he wnded up moving half of my belongings since the two guys were too tired to make the move and said they had other things to do and would not be able to finish the job. They came unprepaired, the handtruck they had apparently was not addiquette for the job? They are local and this is an established community. I guess they did not or have not ever serviced this area? I don't know, I relocated from another state.. one guy never made it up to my apartment, he hoovered aroumd the truxk and the helped struggled carring the boxes & wanted to chat so he didn't have to go down the steps

The guys were amazing. Got right to work, and loaded the truck in a professional manner. They did not waste any time and did not hesitate with the heavy items. We had another service that did not show up to move our piano. The guys willingly took on the job of moving that too. I would highly recom
