They were over 45 minutes late. They did call and say they’d be 30 mins late, but didn’t call again. My Uhaul truck was turned in late so I had to pay extra fees. I only got one mover working for most of the last hour of the two hours. The other young two workers sat in the truck. I paid for 2 workers for 2 hours. So much more could have been done to help me move in the second hour. They kept coming in and out of my home for personal phone calls. It dirtied my brand new carpet. I tipped $100 to show appreciation. Wouldn’t hire again though.

Responded immediately at the last minute when other scheduled crew did not show up. Worked really hard, listened well, and packed contents very tightly.

I really appreciate Chris and Andrew’s help in loading the 26 ft uhaul truck. They did a very thorough job and were very efficient and effective. This is the second time I used them and I highly recommend using their services in Lubbock.

Chris and his helped were so wonderful! They are so efficient and professional!! They are definitely experienced in moving my furniture. They were quick and very strong. They were also very protective of my furniture. I can't give enough praise to these guys! Will definitely use them again in the future. You will not be disappointed.
