These guys loaded the truck very horribly. First of all, they put all the heavy stuff on top and all of the fragile light stuff at the bottom who does that? Second of all they brought a third person who wasn’t even requested for most of my furniture has cracks and holes in them due to them, putting stuff on top of them that shouldn’t even have gone on top of the first place. I have lots of stuff that needs replaced and thrown away because of how they loaded the truck I thought I could trust and stay upstairs as they were loading it. I was deeply deeply wrong and wouldn’t have to put in a claim to get most of My money back for the stuff that’s damaged. I have disputed the transaction for this move. I do not recommend this company is horrible.!!!!

Used Happy Helper’s Moving for load (another review) and unload (this review). Crew was on time, polite, and worked at a quick pace. Unfortunately, there was issues-damages. I spoke to the person who called to confirm the appointment time about a claim. Was basically told if you don’t get the insurance, the movers are not responsible for anything. We felt the damages were preventable. One person was carrying a metal stool on top of a wooden end stand. The stool fell off and damaged the LVT flooring. The other issue was the shoulder dolly strap used by the movers needs to be cleaned. The strap left black stains on both ends of our sofa. There were marks left on walls-doors, fortunately we could clean the marks off the walls-doors.

The two gentlemen were friendly, arrived on time, and finishing loading the truck within time. However I had to spend most of my time on the truck. Any move we always get move than enough furniture pads to wrap all sides & top of all furniture. One of the gentlemen I had to remind to wrap every piece of furniture.

Terrance and his his two additional teammates were TOP NOTCH!! I would recommend this crew do anyone needing local moving assistance! These young men were courteous, professional, and didnt slow down. If moving in the are, ask for this crew- you will receive superior service! Hats off to the company and this particular moving crew!
