3 stars for communication because I had to call the office the day before my move to confirm that my move was on their schedule. The movers contacted me promptly 15 mins before arriving at my location as was communicated and expected. 4 stars for overall experience with the move - my move was completed quickly because I did not have too many large belongings and the movers packed my trailer well, but it seemed like they were a little too concerned with speed and dropped a few boxes off of the cart and dolly we used. Overall was pleased with the value of the services I paid for.

The communication leading up to the job was amazing. I got two confirming calls which I appreciated very much. But once the two men arrived it did not go as well. Terence was great! He was awesome. But the other man, Sam, should not have been working. He was apparently hurt and couldnt lift anything. He was very slow moving, couldnt lift much of anything, and smoked during the job. I had baby stuff he was touching and moving, after smoking cigarettes. I had them for 3 hours and they packed my truck very haphazardly and not very securely. I felt bad for Terence because he did most of the work, which is why the stuff probably wasnt packed very well. I ended up with a decent amount still unloaded and had to finish by myself, and because of the way the truck was packed, was unable to fit anything else in the truck.
