I was scheduled for the morning at 9am they were 3 hours late and the communication was extremely poor I didn’t receive any calls with any updates from them, I had to call several times for an update. Once arriving the experience went down hill from there it was him a woman and a child I paid for two movers but only one actual mover really showed. I commend the woman for coming and helping but I believe things would have been a lot faster if there was an actual extra mover also my items were not handled with the actual care that should’ve been taken. My headboard on my bed is completely messed up it has a huge gash on the top of it. The overall experience was very stressful and this day was supposed to be super happy but turned into a very stressful day for me. Not to mention there was a hole left in my wall he offered to fix but I was just so stressed out I didn’t want to exacerbate the problem my
