Concerns about movers being unlicensed, property damage, and failure to reassemble furniture despite promising to do so before disassembling. They arrived late despite the scheduled moving time of 12 pm. They came after 1 pm. They didn’t have proper tools to handle the move just a couple of regular dollies and a furniture dolly. They kept asking us for tools throughout the move to help us load our things onto the truck. They damaged our deep freezer, and now it wobbles and isn't stable, even though it wasn't before the move. The heavily damaged our dining table and didn’t say anything. They initially refused to share their business name and lied about the company's name. We believe they were working as movers illegally, as the business name was not the vehicle they were riding in, and someone else, a third person, was driving them around. We never spoke with this person, but they went all the way to our home. It was a very unusual encounter.
