The crew didn’t just show up on time, they showed up early and ready to go. We had a smooth and easy walk through of all of the pieces that needed to go. This was the second time I hired SmartMove. The first time was a few weeks ago for a ubox + load while this time was for the ubox +unload. The movers were professional and did a great job as I anticipated. They were flexible with the move date and responsive to my messages. But since the move can be on the pricey side, I would recommend ubox for short distances only because the rate for the mileage is calculated per box and it is expensive.
