I chose this company because of the excellent reviews and low price, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. From the start, they handled my belongings roughly, heavily dropping boxes and even pulling my mattress out of its protective bag and rolling it across the floor. I repeatedly explained that my building does not allow elevators to be held open, yet they ignored me while alarms chimed. Their unloading process was inefficient, wasting time with unnecessary extra steps. When the two hours were up, they pressured me to give the payment code immediately, threatening to leave my items in the hallway if I didn’t, despite U-Haul’s instructions not to release payment until the job is complete. Even after paying, they left boxes behind and broke the leg of my sofa. My attempts to resolve the damage have been ignored. Cheap, but absolutely not worth the stress or damage.

The movers were very nice but the way they handled some of the furniture left some items damaged. They used a dolly to move a dresser and it left the sides of said dresser scratched up with deep scratches. Plus arrived about 40 minutes late. They were very nice though.

WARNING- DO NOT HIRE. North Texas Moving (Dasmond Fizer) is a predatory service. They demanded my payment code via screenshot before starting then moved with zero urgency. They refused to use the 24 furniture pads I provided (left them in the bags) which resulted in the destruction of 3 dressers and 2 new nightstands. The mover actually told me to 'just throw them away' after he broke them. They abandoned the job after 1 hour and refused to unload. This left me (a 5'0 woman) to unload a 20ft truck alone. Total breach of contract and property damage. Avoid at all costs!
