My only complaint was that after we set the moving date, the movers changed the date on me. My move was originally set for a Sunday but got pushed back to Tuesday. The change wasn’t communicated with me until I called to see if they were coming. Other than that the movers were professional and got all of my stuff into my apt. I will say they did a great job especially cause they didn’t have an elevator.
