Absolutely terrible! In a building where there are 2 large elevators and I had a lightweight dining table and lightweight desk to load onto the truck these guys broke my dining table! Now I have no dining table. It literally looked like someone kicked a giant hole in the base of the table with their foot. One of them then had the audacity to say to my husband are you sure that wasn't already like that?!! Are you fucking dumb?? And my desk I didn't see the damage until we unloaded the truck ourselves. The entire corner of the desk is cracked like they let it fall and it hit the ground. If I lean on that corner of the desk it will break off. Like who the hell does shit like this and doesn't even take responsibility for it?!!! They loaded the desk onto the truck without mentioning the damage to the 2nd item damaged. Will was one of their names I forgot the other. I'm furious I gave them the code to get paid. Should've never given it to them. They had no regard for my belongings! Terrible!

The company communicated well before the move and the showed up on time. Ultimately, they did what we really needed them to do, which was carry the heaviest stuff down the stairs. However, they were very slow, often were standing around, constantly needed direction, and didn’t really have good ideas about how to load the truck. Of all the movers we contracted, these guys were the least helpful. We would not use them again and would recommend a different company if choices are available. That being said, we appreciated what they did and appreciated them being on time.
