Booked Monday for Friday. I called Fidel Thursday to ask what I needed and he did not answer. I text him to tell me what was needed and if he could be there at 1pm. Confirmed the morning of that he would be there and said at 12-59pm he would arrived in 15 minutes. I had issues with checking in for my U-Haul, and they waited. Then it went downhill. He only loaded some of the stuff because he needed rope. If I had been told what to have, I would have had it. Two hours of total WITH travel time but they charged the 3 hours I had booked. Waste of time and money. Better movers out there with better customer service and that are more budget friendly in the long run. Don’t recommend.

The movers were outstanding. They arrived within the estimated window, completed everything on time, and did an excellent job overall. They were professional, friendly, and handled our belongings with great care. We were especially impressed with how they moved all the furniture from our one bedroom apartment from the third floor to the first floor without an elevator, carrying heavy items down multiple flights of stairs, and then unloaded everything into our storage unit. Truly impressive work at a great price!

This company lacks time management and professionalism. They where late to my appointments for both loading and unloading. They kept changing and pushing back our schedule times at the last minute. They were late more than 2 hours to both loading and unloading. They damaged one of my furniture and I reach out to them about it but got ignored. This company is very messy and unprofessional and liars. Won't use them or recommend to anyone at all, save yourself the headaches and stress and go with someone else.
