I got what I paid for unfortunately. I scheduled a last minute move and they were able to schedule me in. I paid for 2 hours because that is all I needed to move my things from a storage into an apartment. The 2 guys dragged their feet to have the time go over. Taking breaks on my time. One guy went MIA and stayed downstairs to load the truck but never came back up to assist even after he was done loading, leaving the other guy to do it on his own. I offered to help to speed up the process but I did more work than I should've done for someone who hired movers. They took advantage of my kindness and me helping. My bed frame was scratched, a decorative long vase that was properly wrapped was broken due to their negligence. One guy (Lakeith) had the audacity to send me his personal cashapp to tip him afterwards. Here's a tip, don't hire them as the service was mediocre and unprofessional.

The movers were friendly and got the job done. However, they called to ask if I could push the time back an hour and I told them yes. They ended up being over an hour and a half past that time. They didn’t need the full two hours that I paid for and still charged me an additional fee for moving me downstairs, after they started two and a half hours after our initial time (and I had to hire two additional people to help me in order to be done in time).

One of the best moving experiences I have ever had. It took an hour and a half to diligently unload a 26 footer into a two story home. They placed items exactly where we needed them. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
