Above and Beyond Moving definitely did not go above and beyond. On the day of the move they did not answer any phone calls from my father or me. When they finally arrived to pick up the load, there was only one person. Because of this, my 80 year old father, who is a stroke survivor and has a bad back, had to assist with loading the U-Box. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Then, after not answering my calls, the owner called me five times back-to-back AND texted me to get the payment code. The only upside is that my U-Box and all of the contents arrived in-tact. Above and Beyond, DO BETTER!

Literally the only company so far that has lived up to their name. Got the pleasure of meeting the owner since he just decided to help my project as extra since he was booked and I needed help. Very happy that we got to meet and we will be meeting again soon when moving to our home.
