I hired this company to help move some items into storage. I went to retrieve some items yesterday and was so disappointed by what I saw. There were chairs stacked haphazardly on top of boxes and other large items, such that I had to very carefully move things to avoid them falling on me. There were multiple heavy boxes sitting on top of lightweight boxes labeled ‘fragile,’ including my lamps. I couldn’t see the box with the lamp shades, which is presumably behind or underneath heavy items in the back of the unit, so I’m scared for how those were handled and if they’ll be in good condition. Multiple boxes were crushed and ripping that were in good condition prior to the move. My dresser was placed on its side, and it’s too heavy for me to lift. Extra moving blankets were thrown on top while expensive wood furniture was placed directly on the concrete floor. My nightstand was upside down with multiple heavy boxes piled on top of it. I rearranged what I could, but I am so disappointed.

the movers are so great, they magically put so many things into two UBox space. They are professional, efficient in time and space, and very friendly and kind. 100 percent recommended.

The man who picked up the box was amazing! Very communicative. I did get double charged for my pick up but it’s being sorted out.
