This was a horrible experience. Movers came unprepared with no equipment. I rented equipment for movers and called the owner who could care less. I had to do most of the heavy lifting as the hired help had no idea how to unload, lift and place furniture. They damaged my walls and furniture. When providing feedback to the owner he did not care. DO NOT USE Mighty Man Movers.

They showed up on time. Called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. Did exactly what they said they would do. They were able to move a very heavy table for me. I would definitely recommend them and when it’s time for us to need to move, I will hire them.

In all fairness, my house wasn’t fully packed by the time they arrived. However, there were things that were loaded onto the truck that shouldn’t have been and things that should have been that weren’t. Communication needs work. I told one of the movers that the only thing that was ok for them to load from my downstairs storage closet was 3 totes, and that the rest of the items I would be moving later myself, but by the time we came downstairs hours later it all had been loaded onto the truck anyway. The original hardware to the front door, removed by our alarm service when installing our system when we first moved in was one of the items in the closet (not in the tote), so I ended up having to buy a new deadbolt for the front door & will have to take the hit for whatever my property manager will charge for putting a new doorbell in & changing the locks. I also set aside boxes (we needed access to) that I explained, I needed placed at the door of our storage unit and they weren’t.
