The movers arrived as scheduled, were very pleasant and helpful during the move. At completion of move it was noted they used only a couple of the moving blankets. They said they did not need them. Upon unloading the u boxes there were 4 pieces of furniture that were scratched significantly. It was also noted that when some of our furniture was disassembled by them the screws were stripped so furniture not as stable as should be. I tried to contact mover on multiple occasions and no response. He is the only recourse I have so I have to accept the damages. I feel as though this is very poor service and do NOT recommend this moving service.

Damaged items. Mover ripped us off. I told the company I was paying cash. Then, the mover obtained payment code from wife. The movers barely spoke English. They ripped us off!! 5k worth of damages. Not a white glove service.
