I changed the date I needed help moving because I was behind on gathering my items. When I tried touching base with the company the day of, they initially didn't respond; then they wanted me to reschedule, saying there wouldn't be any helpers available. But they ended up being able to accommodate me after all. However, the workers that moved my items were fantastic and very nice (as they were on Saturday)!

I was told 8am then the lady I was in contact was very condescending on the phone and told me she said 830. Then the movers were 40 minutes late so didn’t show up till 910. I will never be cheap again and get better movers

Jeremy and his crew did a wonderful job with their services but the communication from another member of their team was unprofessional. After being told I would receive a confirmation phone call from the movers the day before moving, I never received one and was told the morning of the move that they were allowed a hour window for arrival. That one hour window was not communicated until that morning. Reached out multiple times the day before to get assurance they would honor their commitment. Radio silence, nothing. Great performance, but extremely disappointing communication, which led to an extremely frustrating experience.
