The movers themselves were friendly. However, they were not efficient when it came to moving items and they were not maximizing space when packing our truck, storage unit or service elevator. Additionally, they told me my 'time was up' 15 minutes prior to when the time gap I paid for was. There were certainly some challenges presented from our end (such as having a smaller truck than we needed) - that said, I would still expect a professional service to be able to pack the truck efficiently and effectively with what could be fit within a load or unit When I followed up to share my experience, the girl I spoke to was raising her voice, would not let me speak, made false claims 'I said something about her' (yet, could not say what) and eventually got irate and hung up on me (interesting approach to customer service). I would say of the experience as a whole, this was the most memorable part and made it evident that professionalism is not of priority. She for sure left an impression

I kept telling them I had additional large items in my basement and asked them to check it out so we can make sure everything would fit. I got the 26ft truck. (my unload movers mentioned whoever packed the truck did not do a good job and I could have fit a lot more things in there). They did not step foot into my basement until they had 20 minutes left on the job took 2 workout mats up and left everything else even tho I stated bringing up the deep freezer was a priority over an hour before this but they neglected to even go into the basement to see what else I had. I think it was rude that they ignored me and then they said we could charge you another hour but we have another job to go to so we can’t stay.they also took a break but wouldn’t stay a little longer to get the main item I asked to be moved. I had to come back the next day w a rented trailer to grab the rest of the many items from my basement. not very impressed. Unfortunately, cash tip wasn’t great because of service.
